Not even sure if this one counts, but:

“Mitt Romney has emerged as the only candidate with the experience and plan to take on President Obama,” said RNC National Committeeman Laird Stabler. “He is a conservative businessman who was able to use those principles as governor to cut taxes and spending. I look forward to working with these other leaders from Delaware to help Mitt Romney defeat President Obama and reverse the economic stagnation of the last three years.”

So that’s Romney’s eleventh delegate.

With emphasis added, Rick Perry announces Arkansas endorsements:

AUSTIN – Gov. Rick Perry today received the endorsement of 25 elected officials and conservative leaders in Arkansas, including 19 state lawmakers, four GOP county chairs, Land Commissioner John Thurston, and National Committeewoman Reta Hamilton.

And from Florida, a few days ago:

AUSTIN- Texas Gov. Rick Perry today received the personal endorsement of Florida National Committeeman Paul Senft in his campaign for president.

So Perry’s up to three delegates. (With the caveat that Florida’s delegate allocation may be revised due to their early primary.)
